First Ultra Sound at 4 weeks (too early)

We had an ultra sound done today, and the report has worried us a little. It says,

OBSTETRIC ULTRASOUND
Uterus contains single fundal gestational sac, size 10.5mm
No fetal pole seen at present
Mean gestational age is 04 weeks 0 days
LMP: 01.12.2015
EDD by USG: 06.9.2016
Cervical lenght:3.1cm. Internal os closed.
a small bleed is seen along the inferior margin of amniotic sac 2.6mm

We asked the doctor why the bleeding, and they said it's too early to comment. Has any one been...
